Content Disclosure Guidelines

How we decide what to share publicly and what we keep internal.

Our Commitment

FyberPay publishes educational content about ISP operations, billing, and network management. We believe in being transparent about what we share and what we protect. Every article we publish is designed to genuinely help ISP operators make better decisions, not just to market our product.

What We Publish

The following categories of information are shared freely across our documentation, guides, and technical articles.

  • Industry knowledge and best practices for ISP operators
  • General software architecture patterns and concepts
  • Technology choices and why we made them
  • Real product screenshots from demo accounts
  • Honest comparisons with competitor platforms, including acknowledging their strengths
  • Results and outcomes (performance metrics, efficiency gains)
  • Generic code examples from public documentation (RFCs, vendor docs)

What We Protect

The following are kept internal to protect our competitive advantage, our customers' security, and the integrity of our platform.

  • Proprietary source code and internal implementations
  • Database schemas and migration details
  • AI prompt engineering and context enrichment strategies
  • Exact operational parameters (circuit breaker thresholds, retry intervals)
  • Device provisioning scripts and configuration specifics
  • Internal authentication and security mechanisms
  • Business logic and pricing calculations

Comparison Articles

We strive for honesty in all comparison content. We acknowledge competitor strengths, state our own weaknesses, and use only publicly available information. All comparison articles include a methodology note explaining how the evaluation was conducted, the data sources referenced, and any limitations of the analysis.

Content Review

Every article is reviewed against these guidelines before publication. Technical articles reference general patterns, not our specific implementations. When we discuss architecture decisions, we share the reasoning and trade-offs without exposing the details that make our system unique.

These guidelines apply to all content published under the FyberPay Docs domain, including guides, technical deep dives, comparison articles, and glossary entries. Questions about our content policies? Reach out at [email protected].
